I had an absolutely delightful stay at this hotel. the location was superb, situated near a picturesque lake and just a short walk from the center of the village. The view from my room on the third floor was simply outstanding, with a fantastic view of the mountains. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, attending to all my needs promptly and with a joyful attitude. Additionally, the attention to detail in the hotel was impeccable, from the comfortable rooms to the lift that worked perfectly every time. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, offering a wide selection of delicious options including vegan choices - something not often found at other places.
All was more than satisfactory, exceeding my expectations.

The breakfast offered a variety of options, including homemade granola, fresh bread, and different breakfast meats. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed. the views from the hotel were breathtaking and really let us experience the beauty of the Alps.
Parking was quite limited and difficult to find close to the hotel. the hotel was a little pricey, but it is understandable given the location and amenities offered.

Located in a beautiful mountain resort, the hotel offered a great view from some rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing useful local information. Additionally, the restaurant served delicious and varied meals to suit every taste.
During Christmas, the hotel felt a bit crowded and noisy. The room was not spacious enough, making it difficult to move around with ease. The Wi-Fi was not very reliable, which made staying connected a bit of a challenge.

We had an amazing stay at this cozy family-owned hotel! the location is ideal for skiing as it's very close to the slopes, and also just a short walk to the centre of town. the rooms are lovely, with comfortable beds, and some even have breathtaking views of the Alps. the breakfast is outstanding with a wide variety of fresh options and homemade juices.
The Wi-Fi could be a bit more reliable, but we were happy to disconnect and enjoy our Alpine experience.
